Kathmandu. The lock-in period of Upper Hewakhola Hydropower Company Limited is going to end in June. The company has issued a notice on June 29 (Today) stating that the lock-in period of 3.53 million units of shares will end on June 15.
Three million units of shares of the company’s founder shareholders, 30,000 units of employees of the company and 500,000 units of shares of local residents affected by the project are in the lock-in.
These shares can be traded after the lock-in period is over. However, the company’s board of directors and employees at the top management level will not be able to do business.
