Kathmandu. Citizens Bank is introducing smart services to make service facilities easier for its customers. The bank has launched this service with the objective of providing various banking services to the customers from home. According to the bank, card related services, mobile banking and internet service demat QR merchant service can be availed online.
These are the bank’s smart services:
Card related services:
If customers want to get a new debit card, then they can apply through smart service.
Through this service, the PIN of the card can be refreshed and if the card is lost, it can also be blocked. You don’t have to go to the bank for this. Customers will be able to do these tasks through smart services.
Mobile banking and internet banking services:
Customers will be able to do all the normal transactions of mobile banking and internet banking with smart services, such as PIN reset, password reset, account number change and other general tasks without having to go to the bank.
The bank has informed that all this work can be completed easily from home.
Demat and QR Merchant Services:
Customers will also be able to solve problems related to demat account in smart service. For example, there is no need to go to the bank for share request, share password reset, CRN number, and QR merchant registration. According to the bank, all the work can be done through smart services.
Customers can avail the smart service through the bank’s mobile banking and the bank’s webpage.
