Kathmandu. Supreme Court Justice Sapna Pradhan Malla has said that although the presence of women in the judiciary has increased somewhat, it is not enough. She said this while addressing the ‘Women Judges Conference-2081’ program organized on the occasion of International Women’s Judges Day in Lalatipur on Monday.
She said that the presence of women in the judiciary is still weak. She informed that how to increase the presence and how to make it effective is the topic of today’s debate. She said that the question of men’s ability is not raised, but questions are raised about women’s ability every moment, and that women also need to establish themselves.
She informed that the presence of women in the judiciary is also high. She said that she is happy to see women leading in the judiciary, including employees, security, lawyers, and journalism in the judicial sector. Judge Malla said that fair and equitable justice is the need of the day.
