Kathmandu. Nepali Congress MP Arjun Narsingh KC has said that the winter session of the parliament has not been able to work effectively in the legislative sector. He said this while talking to media persons on the premises of the parliament building on Tuesday.
He said that even though the ordinances issued by the government have been passed, the laws that should come as main bills remain intact. He is of the opinion that the winter session cannot be considered effective in lawmaking as important laws like the Federal Civil Service Bill and Education Bills remain intact.
He said that Nepal cannot tolerate further agitation and violence and the government should be serious in this regard.
