Kathmandu. Kathmandu, May 12: A minister will get more responsibilities in the parliament meeting scheduled to be held tomorrow ( May 15). At a time when the leaders of the opposition parties are demanding the resignation of Home Minister Ramesh Lekhak, the agenda regarding the extension of the work in the parliament has come up.
According to the agenda of the parliament, “The Honorable Speaker will read out the details of the letter received from the Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers regarding the workload.” Home Minister Lekhak had told Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli and Sher Bahadur Deuba that he was ready to resign.
However, both the leaders had pressed him not to resign as he had played a key role in the alliance. However, minister Lekhak will resign by tomorrow and urban development minister Prakash Man Singh will be given the responsibility of home minister, sources claimed.
