Kathmandu. Stating that there is currently a partial effect of local and westerly winds in the country, the Hydrology and Meteorology Forecasting Division has said that the weather will remain clear across the country today.
According to the division, the weather will remain partly to generally cloudy in the hilly parts of Koshi, Bagmati, Gandaki and Karnali provinces this afternoon, while the rest of the weather will remain clear. There is a possibility of light to moderate rain with thunder and lightning at one or two places in the hilly parts of Koshi and Gandaki provinces.
Similarly, there is a possibility of light rain and snowfall at one or two places in the high hilly and mountainous parts of Koshi, Bagmati, Gandaki and Karnali provinces. Tonight, the weather will be partly cloudy in the hilly areas of Koshi and Gandaki provinces, while the rest of the region will remain clear.
