Kathmandu. CPN (Unified Socialist) lawmaker Prakash Jwala has said that Urban Development Minister Prakash Man Singh had insulted late Ganesh Man Singh. He said this while speaking at a meeting of the House of Representatives on Sunday.

He objected to the allocation of rs 570 million in the name of Ganeshman. He said Prakash Man had defamed Ganeshman in the name of creating unproductive structures and not in productive and youth employment programmes.

Stating that Minister Singh had insulted Ganeshman and Mangala Devi, who are respected by all, he also urged the rostrum to apologise. He accused the Ministry of Urban Development of not working as per the definition and said that schemes have been stacked under various heads for their interests, interests and people around them.

He claimed that the Ministry of Urban Development has been made a vessel to feed the porters and the middlemen to earn money.

“Today, there is also a matter of the Ministry of Urban Development. The Ministry of Urban Development is not working according to the definition. The Ministry of Urban Development has been made a vessel for the middlemen to feed, feed and earn money for their loved ones, for their loved ones, for the people around them, where to put money around them, under any heading. ‘

“There is a limit to this kind of excesses and disorder. Hon’ble Minister is a senior, what have you done? About Rs 57 crore budget in ganeshman’s name? You have defamed Ganeshman not in any productive work, not in the program of employing youth, but in the name of creating unproductive structures. You ask, from this rostam. Everyone respects Ganeshman, you have insulted him. You insulted Mangaladevi,” he said.

He also commented that the Urban Development Minister had organized a ‘Gai Jatra’ in Kathmandu by allocating Rs 7 million in the name of late Pushpalal.
