Kathmandu. Upper Solu Hydro Electric Company Limited’s lock-in period is coming to an end. The lock-in period of 11,581,650 units of shares registered with the Securities Board of Nepal will end on July 15.
At present, 10,192,500 units of shares of the company’s founder shareholders, 39,150 units of employees and 1.35 million units of local residents affected by the project are in the lock-in.
The shares can be traded after the lock-in period is over. However, in the case of the company’s board of directors and employees at the top management level, the shares will be withheld as per the rules, the company said in a notice.
