Upkar Microfinance’s lock-in period ends on Baisakh 8

Kathmandu. The lock-in period of the shares allotted to the founders and employees of Upkar Microfinance is set to end on Baisakh 8.

The shares were allotted on Baisakh 9, 2079 BS, after opening the issue and sale to the general public, including employees.

Accordingly, the lock-in period of the shares of the founders and employees of Microfinance is about to end. According to Microfinance, the lock-in period of 420,000 shares for the founders and 3,281 shares for the employees is about to end.
