Kathmandu. CPN (UML) lawmaker Gopal Bhattarai has said that the budget for the upcoming fiscal year is positive and implementable. Bhattarai said this while participating in the discussion on the budget for the upcoming fiscal year in the meeting of the National Assembly on Thursday.
He said that the budget for the upcoming fiscal year has also been taken positively by the common people. Lawmaker Bhattarai said that the budget will solve the problems of the past when the budget is scattered, there is no work, many schemes are trying to include but not implemented.
“The Nepali people have taken this budget positively. This budget has been implemented. So far, the budgets have been scattered, work will not be done, many schemes are trying to be included, but they have not been implemented. Comprehensive reform programs have been put forward in the field of education. The government has adopted a policy to attract foreign students to study. The budget will attract foreign students to nepal’s medical sector. ’
He said the government’s plan to attract foreign students to study was welcome.
