Kathmandu: The Ruling Nepal Communist Party (UML) has directed its subordinate committees to submit a report with necessary suggestions regarding the organizational report to be presented at the party’s statute general convention. CPN(UML) publicity department chief Rajendra Gautam said the provincial and district committees have been directed to send a report with written suggestions regarding the organizational report to be presented at the Legislative Assembly.
“We have directed the state and district committees to send a written report with necessary suggestions in the organizational report by mid-July,” he said, adding that the reports received with those suggestions would be taken to the general convention after discussion in the central committee. ’
The uml’s second general convention is scheduled to be held at Godavari in Lalitpur from September 20 to September 15. Prime Minister kp sharma oli, vice-chair Bishnu Prasad Poudel and general secretary Shankar Pokharel have been given the responsibility of the political report for the general convention.
