Kathmandu. You can apply for the IPO of Trade Tower Limited from today. The company has opened 3.29 million units of shares for the general public.
The company has received approval from the Securities Board of Nepal to issue a total of 3,971,693 units of IPO at the rate of Rs 100 per share.
Of these, 397,169.30 units of shares have already been issued and distributed for Nepalis in foreign employment in the first phase.
Of the remaining 3,574,523.70 units, 198,584.65 units have been reserved for mutual funds and 79,433.86 units for employees of the company.
In the end, the remaining 3,296,505. It has issued 19 units of shares to the general public. Applications can be submitted till May 30.
Applications can be made for a minimum of 10 units and a maximum of 1,000 units.
