Kathmandu. The total expenditure of the Government of Nepal in the seven months of the current fiscal year is 754 billion 850 million. During the review period, current expenditure was 522 billion 630 million, capital expenditure was 68 billion 420 million and financial expenditure was 163 billion 810 million.
According to the data released by the Nepal Rastra Bank, the total revenue mobilization of the Government of Nepal (including the amount distributed to the provincial government and local government) during the review period has reached 642 billion 850 million.
Under this, tax revenue was 565 billion 640 million and non-tax revenue was 77 billion 210 million. Similarly, as of mid-Magh 2081, there was a cash balance of 350.07 billion rupees (including the amount in the accounts of the provincial government and local government) in various government accounts held in this bank.
In mid-Ashar 2081, such balance was 83.99 billion rupees.
