Kathmandu. Stating that there is currently a partial influence of western and local winds in the country, the Hydrology and Meteorology Division has said that the weather is partly cloudy in the hilly parts and clear in the rest of the country.
According to the division, the weather will be partly cloudy in the hilly parts of the country this afternoon and clear in the rest of the country. There is a possibility of light rain with thunder and lightning in one or two places in the hilly parts of Koshi and Gandaki provinces, as well as light snowfall in one or two places in the high hilly and mountainous parts. Similarly, the weather will remain partly cloudy in the hilly parts of Koshi, Gandaki and Karnali provinces tonight, while the rest of the weather will remain clear.
Indicating that there is a possibility of light rain with thunder and lightning in one or two places in the hilly parts of Koshi and Gandaki provinces in the next 24 hours, as well as light snowfall in one or two places in the high hilly and mountainous parts, the division has requested the public to be cautious to avoid the possible impact on daily life, agriculture, health, roads and aviation.
