Kathmandu. Today is the last day to apply for shares of Balefi Hydropower. The company has opened the sale of 17 lakh 98 thousand 656 units of unallocated right shares from today, Falgun 5.
The company had opened the sale of right shares from last Mangsir 27 to Poush 17, representing 100 percent of the paid-up capital of Rs 1 billion 827.970 million, i.e. 1 unit of share equals 1 new unit. The company had issued 18,279,700 units of right shares at a face value of Rs 100 per share.
During the said period, a total of 1,798,656 units of unallocated right shares were sold, including 676,191 units of the founder group that were not sold, 588,892 units of the general group that were locked in, and 613,573 units that were not locked in by the general group. The company’s share price has been set at Rs 100 per share.
NIMB S Capital is the share issuance and sale manager of the company. The company has stated that investors can apply through the sales manager NIMB S Capital Lazimpat Kathmandu, Chipledhunga Pokhara, Butwal, Birgunj and Biratnagar branches.
