Kathmandu. Today is the last day to apply for the IPO issued by Nepal Micro Insurance for Nepalese employed abroad.
The company had received permission to issue 2.25 million shares worth 225 million rupees, which is 30 percent of its issued capital of 750 million rupees.
Out of which, 225 thousand shares worth 225 million rupees, which is 10 percent, were issued for Nepalese employed abroad after obtaining labor approval from the relevant body of the Government of Nepal.
The company has issued 67,500 shares worth 3 percent for employees and 112,500 shares worth 5 percent for employees. The company will issue 1845,000 shares worth Rs. 1845 million to the general public. In the IPO, a minimum of 10 shares must be applied for, while a maximum of 100,000 shares can be applied for.
The company’s share issue and sale manager is NIMB Ace Capital Limited.
