Kathmandu. Today is the last day for Crest Micro Life Insurance Limited to apply for the IPO. The company has issued 18.5 million 45 units of shares since Falgun 22.
The Nepal Securities Board had allowed the company to issue 22.5 million 45 thousand units of IPO at Rs 100 per unit.
Out of which, 225 thousand units have been distributed to Nepalis employed abroad, 67,500 units to company employees and 112,500 units to collective investment funds.
The company has issued the remaining 18.45 million units to the general public from today. When applying for this IPO, you can apply for a minimum of 10 and a maximum of 10,000 units.
The company has informed that NIMB Ace Capital Limited is the share issue and sale manager of the company.
