Kathmandu. The stock market has increased by double digits on the second trading day of the week. The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) index rose by 30.52 points to 2645.20.
On Monday, 9739,738 shares of 326 companies were bought and sold, generating a turnover of Rs 4.483.99 billion.
On Monday, shares of 58 companies, including Upper Hewakhola Hydropower, fell by 4.92 percent, Narayani Development Bank by 4.05 percent, and Shangri-La Development Bank by 3.79 percent, fell by 1.1 percent.
