Kathmandu. In Nepal, investment in banks is considered relatively safe and transparent. But recently, the declining profits of banks and the NRB’s plan to separate bankers and businessmen have made investments in banks disappointing. After banks stopped earning profits like before, most investors are trying to sell promoter shares.
After bad loans started increasing, the NRB has also been making strict regulatory arrangements one after another. The main job of banks is to invest billions of rupees in deposits of the general public. In this way, various individuals and organizations have invested in 20 commercial banks by taking risks. Nepal Bank
