Kathmandu. CPN (Maoist Center) Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal has claimed that there is no dispute among political parties regarding the need to conclude the peace process. He said this while addressing a program organized in Kathmandu on Thursday.

He said that Nepal’s peace process has progressed in a somewhat original manner. He also insisted that there is no dispute at the political leadership level regarding the need to give high priority to addressing the victims in matters related to the TRC and transitional justice.

He said that the political leadership is clear that the peace process can ultimately be made sustainable only by giving priority to providing justice to the victims. Chairman Dahal informed that they are committed to not engaging in politics as it is a national issue of the country, even amidst the controversy and disagreement.
