Kathmandu. Kathmandu: President of The Aam Janata Party Prabhu Sah has said that laws should be made suitable for the earth. He said this while speaking at a meeting of the International Relations and Tourism Committee on Friday.
Speaking during an in-principle discussion on the Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal Bill, 2081 BS, he said that the law should not fly but should be made suitable for the earth. He alleged that 31 fundamental rights have been enshrined in the constitution but not a single one has been implemented.
He said that laws should be made after thinking practically.
“There are 31 fundamental rights in our constitution. There is no fundamental right in the world, but not a single one has been implemented. You have to keep that in mind. When we make laws, we should not fly, but we should suit the earth. You have to be objective. It should be acceptable to all. Everyone should accept it. We have to think practically. ’
Chairman Shah demanded that the meeting of the committee should be held on a schedule.
