Kathmandu. Non-life micro insurance companies have earned a total premium of about 690 million rupees in the third quarter of the current fiscal year. The four non-life micro insurance companies in operation have earned a total premium of 686.7 million rupees in the first nine months.
Nepal Micro Insurance is in the first place in earning the highest total premium as of mid-Chait. The company has earned a total premium of 193.6 million rupees. Protective Micro Insurance is the second largest total premium collector. The company has earned a total premium of 175.7 million rupees in the first nine months.
Similarly, Star Micro Insurance has earned a total premium of 163.2 million rupees and Trust Micro Insurance has earned a total premium of 154 million rupees in the first nine months.
