Kathmandu. CPN (Unified Socialist) Chair and former Prime Minister Madhav Kumar Nepal has said that the government has failed to address the sufferings and sufferings of the people. He said this while addressing a program organized at the party’s central office Aloknagar on Friday.
Stating that the government has not been able to run the country well considering the political situation of the country at present, he said the government has not been able to understand the people’s sentiments and respect the wishes of the people. He said that this government could not win the trust of the people and there was no situation to give results as per the wishes of the people.
He accused the present government of not being pro-people but anti-people, not good governance but in favour of misgovernance. Therefore, he clarified that this government cannot be supported. He said that the fall of the present government is inevitable and only time should wait.
Chairman Nepal said, “If we talk about the political situation of our country at present, the government has not been able to run the country well. I don’t understand public sentiment. It has not been able to respect the wishes of the people. The right policy has not been adopted. It has not been able to address the pain and suffering of the people. ‘
“Therefore, this government cannot even win the trust of the people and there is no situation to give results as per the wishes of the people. This government is not pro-people, it is anti-people. A government which is not in favour of good governance, but in favour of misgovernance. There is no need for us to support such a government. Its downfall is inevitable. We just have to wait for time. There is no need to panic,” he said.
Chairman Nepal said that economic slowdown and unemployment are increasing in the country.
