The Energy Minister shook the employees, ‘Why is the work of killing after refreshment and foreign travel is not broken’

Kathmandu. Minister for Energy, Water Resources and Irrigation Deepak Khadka has strongly criticized the working style of the employees.

Speaking at an event organized at the Ministry on Tuesday, he criticized it. He expressed serious concern over the lack of dedication towards the work of the employees. Minister Khadka warned that the current delay would put the country at a critical juncture if reforms were not made in time.

He also advised the employees to introspect on their personal responsibilities. Minister Khadka complained that although time was spent on foreign visits, refreshments and formalities, there was not much progress in terms of performance. He also urged the employees to fulfill their commitment, result-oriented thinking and self-respecting responsibilities at work.

He said, “You are employee friends who have worked here for a long time. You have seen such budgets and expenses time and again. You are in a place to improve. What a joke it is to keep questioning your responsibilities. If you find yourself sleeping in the evening and remembering what happened under me, what would you say to yourself? Where does such a situation lead the country? What is your job? What is your attachment? Don’t pay attention to how to achieve achievements and it’s difficult to say. After being told to go abroad, it is as if we will go the next day, there will be no progress in the refreshment. Even if one or two people die and continue to work, they fall in the same trap in terms of progress, if I also fall here, the secretaries will also fall here, is this kanir lapses? What needs to be improved? Where do we go like this? This is a serious question. ”

He said that even after 11 months of the current fiscal year, satisfactory work has not been done by the ministry and subordinate bodies. He also said that it was a matter of concern that the performance could not be carried out as per the commitment and goals.
