The campaign, called “K2K Drive”, is set to begin today (June 5, 2025), which is believed to encourage long-distance travel in electric vehicles.
Renowned auto enthusiasts Avashis Prasad Ojha and Vijay Ram Kasju will take part in the yatra, which will cover a distance of about 3000+ kilometers from Kathmandu to Kanyakumari, the southern tip of India.
Before heading to Kanyakumari in India on the Curve EV, Avashis Ojha said that although south India is not unique in terms of road and south India, it will be a different experience as we are going in an electric car for the first time.
“My journey to South India is not new. But what it will be like to travel with an electric car, the availability of charging facilities can make the journey exciting and somewhat challenging,” he said. The Curve EV will make our journey even more exciting. “
Since the Curve EV has a 186 mm ground clearance, there will be no major problem in travel. The recently launched Tata Curve EV in Nepal is a state-of-the-art electric SUV- Coupe. It has high-level security and features including Level-2 ADAS, Panoramic Sunroof, V2L technology.
On the occasion of World Environment Day on Thursday, SIPRADI flagged off Ojha and Kasju, who are going to Kanyakumari on Curve EV, by flagging off from the Tata car showroom at Thapathali.
