Kathmandu. Swabhiman Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has declared a dividend to shareholders from the profit of the fiscal year 080/081. As per the decision of the company’s board of directors held on Chaitra 7, it has been decided to give a total of 5.25 percent bonus shares to the shareholders.

The company has decided to take 5 percent bonus shares and 0.26 percent cash dividend for tax purposes at the rate of 146.138 million and 146.138 million, respectively.

Also, the proposed bonus shares and cash dividend will be received by the shareholders after they are approved by Nepal Rastra Bank and passed by the next annual general meeting, the company has informed through a notice. .
