Kathmandu. The stock market has increased by a modest percentage on the second trading day of the week. The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) index increased by 3.35 points to close at 2758.75.
On Monday, 211,10,619 shares of 310 companies were traded, generating a turnover of 11.85464,758 rupees.
While the share prices of 90 companies increased on Monday, the share prices of 145 companies decreased while the share prices of 9 companies remained stable.
Himalayan Re Insurance had the highest turnover on Monday. The company’s turnover was 889,975,157 rupees. The company’s minimum price per share is Rs. 990.
Also, today, the shares of Guardian Macro Life Insurance Company have entered a positive circuit, while the shares of Veen Nepal Laghubitta have entered a negative circuit.
