Kathmandu. The stock market has increased by a modest percentage on the third trading day of the week. The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) index closed at 2,765.88 points, up 7.13 points.
On Tuesday, 17,865,703 shares of 312 companies were bought and sold, resulting in a turnover of Rs 9.9 billion, 9386,227 crore.
On Tuesday, while the share prices of 104 companies increased, the share prices of 132 companies decreased, while the share prices of 9 companies remained stable.
On Tuesday, Himalayan Re Insurance saw the highest turnover. The company has a turnover of Rs 1.262 billion. The minimum price per share of the company is Rs 1,250.
Today, the shares of Guardian Macro Life Insurance and Nepal Lubi Well have entered a positive circuit, while the share price of Veen Nepal Laghubitta has decreased by 8.97 percent.
