Stock market rises by double digits, transaction amount more than Rs 10 billion

Kathmandu. On the third trading day of the week, the stock market rose by double digits. The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) closed 25.7 points higher at 2678.317 points on Tuesday.

Nine hundred forty-seven thousand 145 units of shares of 311 companies were traded on Tuesday. HIDCLP was the most traded on Tuesday. The share price of the company is Rs 224.10 per share. On Tuesday, the share price of 196 companies increased, while the share price of 52 companies decreased.

On Tuesday, the share price of two companies declined by 6.20 percent due to a positive circuit.
