Kathmandu. On the third trading day of the week, the stock market rose by double digits. The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) closed at 2660.39 points with a gain of 28.91 points.
On Tuesday, the share price of 227 companies increased while the value of shares of 31 companies declined. On Tuesday, a total of 1.5million units of shares of 309 companies were traded for Rs 7.33 billion.
NRNA Infrastructure and Development Limited recorded the highest turnover on Tuesday. The company has collected more than Rs 461.6 million. The share price of the company has reached Rs 2,173 per share.
On Tuesday, the share price of community microfinance rose by 9.87 percent, while the share price of one company fell by 2.13 percent.
