Kathmandu. The stock market has increased by double digits on the second trading day of the week. The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) index has increased by 29.87 points to 2727.91.
On Monday, 18 million 81 thousand 168 shares of 302 companies were bought and sold, resulting in a turnover of 10 billion 496 million 54 thousand 832 rupees.
While the share prices of 166 companies increased on Monday, 74 companies decreased while the share prices of 4 companies remained stable.
Nepal Re Insurance Company had the highest turnover on Monday. The company’s turnover was 326 million 435 thousand 355 rupees. The company’s share price has a minimum price of Rs 1,011 per share.
On Monday, the share price of six companies entered a positive circuit, while the share price of Saptakoshi Development Bank entered a negative circuit.
