Kathmandu. On the fourth trading day of the week, the stock market has fallen by double digits. The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) closed at 2,646.95 with a fall of 11.97 points.
A total of 1.37 million units of shares of 313 companies were traded on Wednesday and a total of Rs 5.16 billion was collected.
On Wednesday, Arun Kaweli Power was the highest traded. The company has collected more than Rs 362.5 million. The share price of the company is Rs 274.50 per share.
On Wednesday, the share price of 66 companies increased, while the share price of 181 companies declined and the share price of one company remained stable.
On Wednesday, the share price of two companies hit a positive circuit, while the share price of one company fell by 5.81 percent.
