Kathmandu. The stock market has fallen by double digits on the third trading day of the week. The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) closed at 2,584.88 points, up 55.90 points.
On Tuesday, 11,55,955 shares of 325 companies were sold, raising Rs 5.18 billion, 718,708 crore.
Himalayan Re Insurance had the highest turnover on Tuesday. The company collected Rs 232 million more. The company’s share price reached Rs 938 per share. While the share prices of 240 companies increased on Tuesday, the share prices of 4 companies decreased.
Also, the share price of one company increased by 4.52 percent on Tuesday, while the share price of one company entered a negative circuit.
