Stock market drops by 14.53 points, trading volume 8.91 billion

Kathmandu. The stock market has fallen by double digits on the second trading day of the week. The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) index has fallen by 14.53 points to 2647.07.

On Monday, 236,89,071 shares of 327 companies were bought and sold, generating a turnover of Rs 8,912,843,919.

Ngadi Group Power Company recorded the highest turnover on Monday. The company’s turnover was Rs 709,471,237. The company’s share price is Rs 354 per share.

On Monday, while the share price of 78 companies increased, the share price of 167 companies decreased. Also, on Monday, the shares of Nepal Micro Insurance and Crest Micro Insurance Company saw a positive circuit, while the shares of Saptakoshi Development Bank fell by 8.45 percent.
