Stock market declines by double digits, trading volume reaches 5.4 billion rupees

Kathmandu. The stock market has fallen by double digits on the second trading day of the week. On Sunday, the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) index fell by 10.14 points to close at 2704.70.

On Monday, 99 lakh 35 thousand 872 shares of 331 companies were bought and sold, resulting in a turnover of Rs 5.4 billion 83 lakh 14 thousand 75.

On Monday, while the share prices of 85 companies increased, the share prices of 145 companies decreased, while the share prices of 13 companies remained stable.
