Kathmandu. Speaker Devraj Ghimire has ruled that the government should answer the questions raised by the lawmakers in the parliament.

In the Tuesday meeting of the House of Representatives, the lawmakers had demanded a ruling saying that the government had evaded answering the questions of the lawmakers. After the zero time in the meeting ended, the lawmakers of the Civil Liberties and Janamat Party stood up in the house and protested.

After the protest, Speaker Ghimire ruled that the parliament cannot move forward without being a representative of the government and that the government should be held accountable. However, the lawmakers of the Civil Liberties and Janamat Party are standing up in the house and protesting.
