Banepa. Banepa, Kavre: A elocution competition and a massive blood donation program have been organized with the support of Sindhu Bikas Bank, which has a corporate office in Banepa Kavre.
As part of the bank’s annual action plan on corporate social responsibility, branch office Barhabise, in collaboration with Nepal Red Cross Society Barhabise sub-branch, organized an open blood donation program at Bahrabise Municipality-08 on May 29, 2082 and a city-level inter-school elocution competition at Shree Private Paradise Secondary School.
A total of 18 students from 10 schools of Bahrabise Municipality participated in the city-level inter-school elocution competition held at Shree Private Paradise Secondary School.
More than 200 people attended the event. The first prize winner was given Rs 12,000, the second runner-up Rs 9,000 and the third runner-up Rs 6,000.
A total of 43 people participated in the blood donation programme. The bank has also said that it will continue its social responsibility.
