The resort, which is currently operating under the Siddharth Batika brand, is being upgraded to the Siddharth Vaibhav brand, informed Kiran Rimal, board member of Siddharth Hospitality and cluster manager of the area. ‘The work of upgrading the resort has reached the final stage, and work is underway to complete the construction by mid-Ashar this year,’ he said.

‘After the upgrade, a 425 square foot Grand Deluxe Room will also be built, which will have facilities including a bathtub. Various infrastructure is being built for water-related games for children, and a mini futsal field has also been built,’ he said.
In addition, with the aim of promoting Nepali food and culture, a deck restaurant with a capacity of 80 people will also be operated with a beautiful view of the Trishuli River and a peaceful atmosphere while enjoying the water music of the river, while a conference hall with a capacity of 300 people is also being added. Currently, the resort has a conference hall with a capacity of 100 people.
According to Rimal, after the upgrade, there will be all-day dining with a capacity of 100 people, a beautiful spacious garden, a swimming pool, a separate playground, a grocery store within the resort, and cultural dances promoting Gurung and Magar culture will be enjoyed every Friday.
Rimal said that the upgrade has been started targeting the increasing number of tourists, corporate programs, etc. in tourist destinations including Pokhara and Bandipur. There is also a separate restaurant for customers traveling through this highway and charging facilities for electric vehicle users. The resort currently employs 60 people, and after the upgrade, 85 people will get jobs.
According to Rimal, the organization is confident that the Super Trishuli Hydropower Project dam will also be built near the resort, so it will help in the development of tourism here. ‘After the upgrade of the resort, a package will be created targeting tourists going to Pokhara, Manakamana Temple and Bandipur, which is expected to help in the promotion of tourism here,’ Rimal said.
