Kathmandu. Shikhar Insurance has declared dividend to shareholders from the profit of the fiscal year 080/081. As per the decision of the company’s board of directors held on Magh 15, a 10.52 percent dividend has been declared to the shareholders.
The company has announced that it will give 10 percent bonus shares and 0.5263 percent for tax purposes to the shareholders on the basis of the company’s current paid-up capital of Rs 2.65 billion 49 lakh 47 thousand 300.
Also, the company has informed that the details of the proposed dividend will be communicated to the shareholders after it is approved by the Insurance Authority and the Annual General Meeting.
