Kathmandu. Shikhar Insurance Company has called for its annual general meeting. As per the decision of the company’s board of directors held on Magh 21, the meeting has been called to be held on Falgun 13 at 11 am at the company’s central office, Shikhar Bij Center, Thapathali, Kathmandu.
In the meeting, the company will propose to distribute 10 percent bonus shares to shareholders and 0.5263 percent cash dividend for tax purposes.
The meeting will also discuss the annual report, profit and loss and cash flow for the fiscal year 2080/81.
The meeting also has the agenda of appointing an auditor for the fiscal year 2081/82 and determining his remuneration. .
Also, for the purpose of the general meeting, the company is going to close the books from Magh 30 to Falgun 13. Accordingly, the company has informed through a notice that only the shareholders who have held shares till Magh 29 will be able to participate in the meeting and receive the proposed dividend.
