Kathmandu. The government is going to permanently solve the problems of landless Dalits, squatters and disorganized settlers by amending the land laws.
Deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister Bishnu Prasad Poudel said this during the budget speech for the fiscal year 2082÷83 BS. According to him, 500,000 families will be provided land ownership certificates within the next fiscal year after collecting and verifying the cost.
For this, he pledged that there would be no shortage of resources, resources and human resources. He said that the records of government and public land would be updated. He said seed capital has been arranged for setting up a cyclical fund to return the money received by auctioning the property of those misappropriating the cooperative’s money to the saver.
He said a cooperative debt recovery tribunal would be set up. He said assets and passports of the directors, office-bearers and loan defaulters of the troubled cooperatives would be withheld.
