Kathmandu. The FPO of Swarojgar Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has been allotted. The company’s sales manager NMB Capital completed the FPO allotment today.
A total of Rs 2.34 billion was collected in the FPO by the last day, while 1882,422 people had applied for 234,62,980 units.
19,574 people of the company’s FPO have received 10 units each and 3 lucky people have received 11 units each. The company has received permission from the Nepal Securities Board to issue a total of 195,773 units of FPO at a rate of Rs 100 per unit.
In the rating conducted for the FPO issuance, credit rating company ICRA Nepal has given the company a ‘ICRANP Issuer Rating Double B Minus’ rating.
This indicates that there is a moderate risk in the company’s ability to meet its financial obligations.
