Kathmandu. Saptakoshi Development Bank Limited has put up for sale the founder shares. The company has put up for sale 10,980 shares in the name of the founder shareholder Lalit Upadhyaya Vaskota.
The company has set a minimum price of Rs 655 per share for the purchase of the said shares.
Founding shareholders or other individuals or organizations interested in purchasing shares can submit an application to the company’s corporate office in Biratnagar by collecting the necessary documents within 15 days of the publication of the notice.
