Kathmandu. Sanvi Energy Limited is going to issue an IPO from May 15. The company is issuing 2,415,300 units of shares worth Rs 241.53 million with a face value of Rs 100 per share for the general public.
After the ipo allotment issued by the company for the local residents of the project-affected areas and Nepalis in foreign employment, the IPO is now going to be issued for the general public.
Similarly, the company has allotted 145,500 units to mutual funds and 58,200 units to employees of the company.
Applications can be made for a minimum of 10 units and a maximum of 20,000 units. Investors can apply through all C-ASBA member banks and financial institutions approved by the Securities Board of Nepal and their designated branch offices and ‘My Shares’ of CDSC.
The issue will be closed at the earliest on May 15 and the late one will be on June 15. Nepal SBI Merchant Banking Limited is the issue manager of the company.
