Kathmandu. Sanima Reliance Life Insurance has announced a dividend for the fiscal year 2080/81.
The company’s board of directors meeting held on Falgun 12 has decided to distribute a total dividend of 9.2489 percent of the paid-up capital as distributable dividend to shareholders from the accumulated profit of the fiscal year.
The proposed dividend includes 1.2489 percent bonus shares and 8 percent cash dividend.
The company has stated that the proposed dividend will be approved by the upcoming annual general meeting and distributed to shareholders after the approval of the Nepal Insurance Authority. is.
