Kathmandu. The business review meeting of Sanima Reliance Life Insurance has been completed. The program was organized on Magh 20.
The program was attended by company president Ratan Lal Kedia, CEO Shivnath Pandey, Senior Deputy CEO Rakesh Pokharel, Deputy CEO Nirajan Kandel, and other business officers, regional managers, area managers, and branch managers.
The company president said that for success, new technology and new thinking should be adopted and the number of new agents should be expanded with diligence. He expressed the need to use effective and innovative methods in our traditional working methods to achieve our goals and take the company to new heights.
Speaking at the event, Chief Executive Officer Shivnath Pandey said that since employees are the jewel and treasure of the company, the success of the company also depends on their work and contribution.
He mentioned that employees should step out of their comfort zone and work harder and that will help us establish ourselves at the forefront of the competitive market. He informed that it is necessary to honestly put into practice what has been learned to ensure one’s success.
Also, the program honored regional managers, area managers, branch and sub-branch managers who performed excellently in various categories during the half-yearly review period of the fiscal year 2081/82.
