Kathmandu. Sampada Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has decided not to pay any dividend to the shareholders from the profit of the fiscal year 080/081. As per the decision of the board of directors of the company held on Falgun 11, no dividend will be paid to the shareholders.
Also, as per the same decision of the meeting, it has been informed through a notice that it has been decided to submit the financial statements of the company to the National Bank for final approval.
