Kathmandu. Rs 7.72 billion has been allocated for the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology. Deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister Bishnu Prasad Poudel said this during the budget speech for the fiscal year 2082/83 BS.
According to him, necessary infrastructure and human resources will be prepared to minimize cyber security risks. He said that a security advisory will be issued quarterly after assessing the cyber security risk.
Stating that the printing work would be started by completing the infrastructure construction of the security printing center, he said that the post offices would be developed into smart post offices gradually.
