Kathmandu. Deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister Bishnu Prasad Poudel has said that the budget has been forwarded in order to stop Nepali manpower in the country. He said this while addressing a program organized by Media International in Kathmandu on Thursday.
He said nepal should focus on why it should not explore possibilities within the country at a time when people are looking for possibilities in space.
“Right and capable political leadership, right thinking, right vision and effective action plan are needed to create opportunities in the country,” he said. How can we explore the possibilities within the country? He claimed that the current budget has come with a focus on this objective.
Deputy Prime Minister Poudel said, “People are exploring possibilities in space. Why shouldn’t we explore the possibilities within the country? There is a need to focus on that. It requires the right political leadership, competent political leadership, the right thinking, the right approach and an effective action plan. That is why the government has now taken up this issue with importance. How can we stop our manpower within the country? How can we explore the possibilities within the country? The current budget is focused on this objective. The budget has brought a new kind of innovation, entrepreneurship, people-centric programs. In the context of startups, IT, the budget has brought programs in the context of other types of entrepreneurship, with its implementation, we can make the basis for finding the future within the country. ’
Stating that Nepal could be developed by properly utilizing nature and water resources, Deputy Prime Minister Poudel said Nepal has oil and gas mines capable of meeting the country’s internal needs for nearly 50 years. He said that the natural resources and human resources would be properly utilized and human resources would be stopped within the country and mobilized for the development and prosperity of the country.
