Reliance Finance will not pay dividends

Kathmandu. Reliance Finance Limited has decided not to pay any dividend to shareholders from the profit of the fiscal year 080/081. The decision has been taken as per the decision of the company’s board of directors held on Chaitra 29.

The company has decided to approve the financial statements of 080/081 today and submit them to Nepal Rastra Bank for approval, a notification has informed.
